Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Please note that because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Refunds

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue through:

- Store credit
- Refund where applicable
Return Shipping

- The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as SIWARIS is not responsible for lost return shipments.
